Shipping

When you place an online order with Final Form Designs, it will be handpacked by Scott and sent to your door, wherever you are. All orders are sent in plastic free or fully recyclable packaging.

Unless stated, various items to purchase on this site are free shipping based on tracked and signed for delivery via courier or Royal Mail to U.K. mainland.  Otherwise the shipping rate will vary based on the size, weight and destination of the product for sale.  This information will be in the description of each individual item.

Small items – We will tend to use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our smaller items.

Medium items - We use couriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS and TNT.

Large items - We use specialist courier companies to deliver our larger items. These items will incur an extra shipping charge which will be stated on the individual description for the item. 

Delivery Times

UK Mainland

We aim to process and ship orders within 48-72 hours of purchase. For UK Mainland deliveries they should arrive within 5-10 working days.

Europe, Worldwide and Remote UK Destinations

If the delivery destination outside UK Mainland, please contact me to discuss delivery options. Depending on the item we may be able to accommodate shipping to destinations outside the UK These will be subject to the subsequent shipping fees and the buyer will be responsible for any custom or import charges. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping due to being held back at customs. If your order is taking longer than expected to get to you, please get in touch with us so we can check up on this for you.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Final Form Designs but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition within 28 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  If your item is damaged in the post please contact us immediately and retain the damaged goods and packaging which you will be required to return the item to us. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer unless goods are not as described.
